Investigators say a shooter, who they’ve identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, killed a detainee and critically wounded two others at a shooting at an ICE field office in Dallas on Wednesday. Officials say they believe the gunman was targeting law enforcement, releasing an image of a bullet casing found near the shooter with “anti-ICE” written on it.
