8-year-old Nour Daloul was killed when Israeli missiles hit the Medical Relief building in Gaza City, an NBC News crew in Gaza reported. Israel had issued a warning before it attacked the building, but several were killed in the attack. Her parents, Nidal and Mirvat, were seen crying out and clutching her body after discovering she had been killed.
