Tylenol’s manufacturer, Kenvue, responds to President Donald Trump’s claim linking acetaminophen during pregnancy with an increased risk of autism in the child. Kenvue says, “We believe independent, sound science clearly shows that taking acetaminophen does not cause autism.” Most scientific literature suggests no causal link between autism and exposure to acetaminophen in the womb.
